We launched Western Deli Provisions as an independent wholesale distributor of premium deli-style foods and products. Today, WDP is proud to serve scores of restaurants, caterers, retail markets and other businesses across Colorado’s Front Range.

We opened our own fully-staffed, 11,000 square-foot, USDA, FDA and SQF-certified food production facility and corporate headquarters in north Denver.

We formed Food Solutions as a full-service co-manufacturer, prepared foods producer and distribution partner for local, regional, national and global clients.

We’re industry-tested culinary collaborators.

We’re a turn-key co-manufacturing partner for executive chefs and culinary directors of leading hotels, resorts and multiple restaurant operators, as well as industry entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures.

We also imagine, produce and deliver our own signature line of grab-and-go and other prepared food concepts sold at airports, education and healthcare institutions, and other retail venues across the country.

We’ve proudly owned and operated our 11,000 square-foot, federally-certified food facility and HQ in north-Denver since 2011. Our teams have imagined, prepared and delivered millions of units of private label, grab-and-go, quick serve and other food concepts for our clients and partners nationwide.

  • Kettle cooking, smokehouse, sausage manufacturing equipment.

  • 30’ x 40’ production room.

  • 60’ x 40’ cook and raw production room.

  • 2 drive-in delivery and deployment docks.  

  • Corporate and administrative offices.

  • Conference space for client meetings, planning sessions and product tastings.

Food safety compliance + certification

We maintain strict food safety and quality standards at our FDA and USDA-certified and monitored facility.

Additionally, our Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification and ranking is consistently above the level of acceptable industry compliance required for food preparation facilities — including a mandatory third-party audit that’s performed annually and unannounced audits that occur every three years.
