We’ll stand by for your approval to proceed.
When you’re ready, please sign and return this document giving us your permission to proceed with test batching your recipe.
Meet, Scope & Estimate

Once you give us the green light, we’ll move forward with early-stage recipe testing...
We’ll produce and send you one or more test-batches of your proprietary recipe.
We’ll send you test-batch samples for your taste testing, suggested refinements and input.
You will share your test-batch input throughout this phase and provide your final approval to proceed.
We’ll also factor in any ingredients or prep modifications you request into our final production specs and pricing for your approval.

After you approve the final test-batch sample...
We’ll submit a final quote and terms of sale agreement representing your product order and summarizing our full scope of services.
We will send you a Final Pricing, Services & Terms document for your review and signed approval.
We’ll stand by for your signed final approval, purchase order and initial payment.
Please sign, approve and return our Final Pricing, Services & Terms document and your own Purchase Order. Please note that Food Solutions requires a 50% down payment to proceed with production.
Test, Finalize & Approve

Once we receive your approved final pricing quote, purchase order and initial payment...
We’ll establish a production and delivery schedule.
We’ll provide you with a Production Plan & Projected Timeline for the item(s) we’ll be producing.
If applicable, we’ll also begin facilitating the design and production of all required product labeling for your order.
If requested, we will sub-contract with our industry-approved labeling partners on your behalf to design all USDA/FDA-required labeling and nutritional panels to ensure proper compliance. Please note that this is an additional cost and may take 2-6 weeks for approval.
We’ll then coordinate all approved labeling and other packaging considerations in-house in preparation of fulfilling your order.
We will batch+scale all components associated with your order.
We’ll source, order and house all ingredients and supplies relating to your project.

Once all pre-production items are complete...
We’ll produce, prep and fulfill your order based on the specs we have established.
We’ll typically produce your item(s) 1-2 days in advance of pick up or delivery.
Your completed order will be available for pickup or delivery upon receipt of outstanding payment amount.
We’ll establish shipping instructions in advance.
